Educational Eligibility
Candidates who wish to apply for a job in Sailor positions in the Indian Coast Guard, must have passed 12th with at least 50 percent marks from any recognized board in Maths and Physics.
Age Limit
- The minimum age of candidates applying for the job in the Indian Coast Guard for Sailor positions should be 18 years and maximum age of 22 years.
- In this, SC and ST will be given 5 years of relaxation.
- In this, OBC will be given 3 years of relaxation.
Physical Criteria
- Minimum height of candidates: 157 cm.
- Chest size should be 5 cm extra when inflated.
- Weight should be according to height and age.
- Must be heard clearly by ear.
- Visual standard: 6/6 (Better Eye) and 6/9 (Worse Eye).
