CBI internship programme: CBI is giving opportunity to do internship

For the first time in the year 2020, it has been decided by CBI to conduct an internship program which will be of 6 to 8 weeks. Candidates applying to this program will be taught about various techniques of investigation by CBI.

CBI is the first investigating agency in the country which is providing golden opportunity to citizens to do internship in the country. Because earlier only American investigative agencies used to do such programs which included FBI and CIA.

This internship will be taken by CBI only in select branches of the country like Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore, Calcutta, Lucknow, Hyderabad and Chandigarh etc. out of which only 30 candidates will be shortlisted.

Essential Qualification for the candidates

Candidates who want to apply for internship program by CBI, they are required to be a graduate, post graduate or research assistant degree holder from any recognized university or institute.

Furthermore, the most important thing for application in this program is that it will give preference to candidates specializing in courses such as Economics, Commerce, Law, Forensic Science, Criminology and Management.

Explain that only citizens of India can apply for CBI internship, candidates from other countries will not be able to take advantage of this internship.

❶ The special feature of this program is that the candidates participating in this program will not have to pay any kind.

❷ Please tell that this program should be joined by those who want to learn the work of Central Bureau of Investigation or who are interested in this work. Because to do or learn this work, every little thing has to be taken care of.

❸ Explain that no intern will be given a job in CBI through this program. Through this program, they will be trained only for collection of data, necessary information and investigation.

It has been reported by CBI that on some websites this internship scheme is being shown as an employment opportunity in CBI. While the truth is that no intern will be given a job in CBI under this program. Rather, internship candidates will have to spend the cost of living and travel on their own.

Therefore, the CBI said that one should beware of such websites and advertisements which are describing this internship scheme as a job, which are giving wrong information. Because it can also lead to fraud.
