According to the notification issued, this recruitment is being done for a total of 3,553 posts in Indian Railways, for which eligible candidates can apply.
Educational Eligibility
- Candidates who want to apply for a job in the Indian Railways in the posts of apprentice, should have passed class 10th, 12th with at least 50 percent marks from any recognized board.
- The ITI certificate associated with NCVT/SCVT is mandatory. For more information, see the notification.
Age limit
Applicants should be minimum 15 years and maximum 24 years as on 25 December 2019.
Maximum age relaxation of five years for SC / ST candidates, three years for OBC candidates and ten years for abled persons.

Applicants must have passed class 10 or 12 with at least 50 percent marks with ITV certificate associated with NCVT or SCVT.
